The ALS-Columbia laboratory in Tucson, Arizona has offered a variety of analytical testing services since 1980, including micro-elemental testing, fuel testing for power generation, environmental testing of water and soils, analyses of soil and waste-rock for acid generation potential, agronomic analyses, and leaching/attenuation studies for the mining industry. Analytical services are provided to a variety of industries, including pharmaceutical, biotech, chemical, electronic, power generation, mining, and environmental consulting. This facility also provides analytical services to many of the government and academic research laboratories across the country. The staff includes highly trained and degreed chemists who are dedicated to providing clients with high quality data and service.
Analytical Testing Services
The Tucson laboratory is one of the only full service Micro-Elemental laboratories in the Southwest. We have provided thousands of clients worldwide with high quality data and services since 1980. Since 2005, we have expanded our services to include fuel testing for power generation, environmental analyses of water and soils, and soil and waste-rock testing for the mining industry. Our analytical capabilities include, but are not limited to, those listed below.
- CHN, O, S – Combustion / TC and IR detection
