Training at PearlStreet

We make sure our people's skills are maintained and improved through our own dedicated in-house training department, external training courses and comprehensive on-the-job training including supervised temporary assignments.

Our 12 month traineeship program runs from Febuary each year in line with the relevant State TAFE institutions. All trainees, employed through State based Training Organisations for the period of their traineeship, are provided with both on the job training as well as work time to complete all required studies and examinations. At the conclusion of the program, most if not all successful trainees are offered employment with PearlStreet.

Advanced training options are also available - some of our young engineers having recently completed doctoral studies.
