David retired as Managing Director of Western Power Corporation in December 2002 having previously served as the Commissioner and Chief Executive of its predecessor entity, the State Energy Commission of WA. He is the current Chair of Verve Energy and the Lions Eye Institute Ltd and a director of Torrens Energy Limited. David has extensive experience in the energy industry and is a past Chairman of the Electricity Supply Association of Australia.

David joined the Board in April 2004 and became Chairman in November 2006.

Anthony Wooles is the founder and Managing Director of the Company. Prior to November 2006 Anthony was the Executive Chairman of the Company.

Anthony has extensive experience in corporate finance and strategy having acted as an advisor to – and managed large consulting teams – as founder and Managing Director of TRUDO Consulting and previously a principal of Marakon Associates.

He was appointed to the Board in February 2004 and is based in Western Australia.

John is the Chairman – Western Australia of Australia and New Zealand Banking Group Ltd. He was formerly a Partner with Freehills, one of Australia’s leading law firms and head of its Perth office. John has over twenty five years of commercial law experience including sophisticated financing and corporate transactions.

He is Chairman of Breakaway Resources Limited, a director of Australian Finance Group Ltd, Barrington Consulting Group, Lions Eye Institute Ltd and Committee for Perth Ltd. He is a Vice President and Board Member o f the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Western Australia.

John was appointed to the Board in November 2006 and is based in Western Australia.

Phil has had over 30 years experience in engineering fields largely related to the resources and industrial construction sectors. Phil’s early project management experiences in South Africa and the Philippines were followed by nearly ten years industrial sales and sales management experience within Australia and across SE Asia.

He has spent the last seventeen years within senior management including the last ten years at board level with industrial services businesses. In that period, Phil was the Managing Director of a competitor to PearlStreet ETRS Pty Ltd and oversaw its transition from private to public ownership.

Phil was appointed as Managing Director of HRL Services in 2001 which was the then parent entity to PearlStreet ETRS Pty Ltd and a number of other service companies within the HRL portfolio. He joined the Company shortly after the PearlStreet ETRS Pty Ltd acquisition. Phil was appointed to the Board in December 2005 and is based in Victoria.

Alan Fisher is the principal of Fisher Corporate Advisory Pty Ltd and provides valuation, corporate finance, strategic planning and other corporate advice. Prior to this, Alan had over twenty years experience with Coopers & Lybrand including appointment as an audit partner in 1985. Mr Fisher also headed the firm’s Melbourne corporate finance division and served as a director of Coopers & Lybrand (Securities) Limited.

Alan is a non-executive director of Costa Exchange Limited and a number of other companies. He was appointed to the Board in February 2009 and is Chair of the Audit and Risk Committee. Alan is based in Victoria.
